By accessing or using thewrestlingcoach.com or enrolling in any coaching session, program, camp, or event offered by The Wrestling Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a minor, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the minor. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, participants, and any other individuals who access or use our services.
2. Services & Registration
The Wrestling Coach offers individual coaching sessions, group training, clinics, and camps. Enrollment and scheduling are completed through our registration platform or directly with our staff. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and are responsible for keeping that information up to date.
Participation in specific programs or sessions may be subject to coach approval based on the athlete’s age, experience, and readiness. The Wrestling Coach reserves the right to deny or discontinue services for any participant who violates these terms or is otherwise deemed unsuitable for participation.
3. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk
Wrestling is a physically demanding contact sport that carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, bruises, fractures, concussions, and other physical harm. By enrolling in any program or session offered by The Wrestling Coach, you — or the parent or legal guardian of a minor — voluntarily acknowledge and assume all such risks.
You represent that the participant is in good physical health and has no medical condition that would preclude safe participation. The Wrestling Coach recommends consulting a physician before beginning any new athletic program, particularly if the participant has a pre-existing medical condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Wrestling Coach, its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damage arising from participation in our programs or sessions. A separate liability waiver may be required at enrollment.
4. Code of Conduct
The Wrestling Coach is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and productive training environment. All participants and guests are expected to:
- Treat coaches, training partners, and staff with respect at all times
- Follow all coaching instructions and safety guidelines
- Refrain from bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior of any kind
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
- Report any unsafe conditions or concerns to staff immediately
The Wrestling Coach reserves the right to remove any participant or guest from training and terminate services without refund for conduct that violates this code or creates an unsafe environment.
5. Payments & Refunds
Session and program fees are due at the time of booking or as specified at enrollment. By registering, you authorize The Wrestling Coach to charge the payment method on file for your selected service.
Single Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
Packages & Prepaid Programs: Prepaid session packages and program fees are non-refundable except in the case of a documented medical condition that prevents continued participation, at The Wrestling Coach’s discretion. Unused sessions in a package expire 90 days from purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Camps & Clinics: Camp and clinic fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior may receive a credit toward a future program.
Coach Cancellations: If The Wrestling Coach cancels a scheduled session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue a credit. We are not responsible for cancellations due to facility closures, weather, or events beyond our control.
All billing disputes must be submitted in writing to [YOUR EMAIL] within 30 days of the charge in question.
6. Photography & Media
The Wrestling Coach may photograph or video record training sessions, clinics, and events for promotional and educational purposes. By participating in our programs, you grant The Wrestling Coach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images and recordings in which you or your minor appear for coaching-related marketing and communications, including on our website and social media channels.
If you do not consent to the use of your or your minor’s likeness, please notify us in writing at [YOUR EMAIL].
7. Intellectual Property
All content on thewrestlingcoach.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, instructional videos, and written materials — is the property of The Wrestling Coach and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
